Brett was very approachable and consistently helpful with the choice of our new battery. He was extremely flexible and patient in his approach with new customers. Chris was very careful and selective in choosing the perfect location for the battery. Both Chris and Riley are highly skilled professionals who managed to run all electrical cables seamlessly and hassle free. The installation was completed efficiently with Connor’s help towards the end. Riley and Connor were able to finish such a big task with ease, leaving my house in a neat and tidy state before they left. Thanks to Chris for such great leadership in kickstarting the installation and to Riley & Connor for a smooth and King finishing touch! I got few quotes for sigenergy and I end up going ahead with Connect Energy. Brett and his team did a beautiful work at my house. The work was so neat that i have decided to get my brother and father to get the Sigenergy battery as well. Some company are so lazy and left the old inverter in place and use it as hybrid inverter ( happen to a friend of mine) because they couldnt be bother doing a good job. At my brothers place, Brett's team reconnect an extra line from the solar panels and took the old Fronius inveter away. The whole set up look so much better compared to my friends. Brett and his team only does good work! This company does excellent job ! Thank you Connect Energy for doing an absolutely fantastic job on our Sigenergy project. Brett and his team installed 22kw panels, 32kw battery with 20kw inverter and backup gateway. We are completely amazed (and pleased) at how this Sigenergy system manages to run our very power hungry home - pool filters, spa heaters and blowers, ducted air conditioning, fridges, washer dryers, floodlights……we haven’t come close to maxing out our system even when we’re running everything at once. It’s incredible. Our experience with Connect Energy began with the prompt quotation phase and the provision of a reassuring project timeline mapped out by Leonie. This was followed by Brett and his team getting the project done on the agreed days despite very trying and variable weather conditions. Everything ran well on schedule (with weather allowance) and the project wrapped up with Brett providing a great 1-1 explanation of the systems operations, and the functionality within the MySig app. Connect Energy have been awesome and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brett was very accommodating with our requests as we had an existing battery and wanted to keep it in conjunction with the new Sigenstor system that we wanted to install. Brett, Leo and the team were great on the installation day, even though it was a bit of poking around with the retrofit and moving of few electrical isolators. The finished product was really good.
