I couldn’t be happier with Connect Energy and the installation of my Sigenergy system. From the initial discussions through to the installation, commissioning and getting everything up and running, the whole experience has been exceptional. Brett and the team were fantastic to deal with. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to Sigenergy and took the time to understand what I actually wanted to achieve with my system, rather than simply trying to sell me the biggest or most expensive setup. You can see why they have such a strong reputation as a Sigenergy Gold installer. My system consists of a 10kW Sigenergy inverter, 27kWh of battery storage and 15kW of LONGi Ultra Black panels, and the finished installation is absolutely fantastic. The installation itself was first class. The workmanship, attention to detail and cleanliness were outstanding, and everything was installed neatly and professionally. It’s obvious that the team takes genuine pride in their work, and the finished result looks fantastic. What really impressed me was the team’s knowledge of the Sigenergy ecosystem. They were able to answer all of my questions, explain how everything worked and make sure I understood the inverter, batteries, backup functionality and monitoring. I never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions. The system is a substantial investment, so choosing the right installer was extremely important to me. After dealing with and comparing a number of solar companies during my research, Connect Energy genuinely stood out. There was no pressure, no nonsense and no cutting corners — just honest advice, excellent communication, quality equipment and exceptional workmanship. That made the whole process so much easier and gave me a lot of confidence that I had chosen the right company. The finished system looks amazing and is performing brilliantly. I’m extremely happy with the result and with the decision to go with Connect Energy. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Brett and the Connect Energy team to anyone considering solar, batteries or a Sigenergy system. If you’re looking for an installer who knows Sigenergy inside and out and takes pride in doing the job properly, I highly recommend giving them a call.
