The Story
This Wakerley household now generates 213 percent of their own power. They produce roughly 32,014 kWh of electricity every year. That is enough to run the aircon all summer long.
Hail storms ruined their old roof and panels. We pulled the old gear down so the roofers could work. Then we came back to install a massive 20.9kW solar array. We used Longi panels and ran brand new cables.
We paired the new panels with a 48.4kWh battery setup. The whole system will pay for itself in under five years. They claimed over $22,230 in government rebates for this upgrade. Now they are looking at $186,411 in lifetime savings.

We started by installing a 48.4kWh Sigenergy setup with whole home backup. Recent hail storms wrecked the old roof and panels. We removed the old gear so the roof could be replaced. Once the roof was finished we returned to install 20.9kW of Longi panels. We ran all new cabling and connected the arrays to the new battery system.
