“Brett had to spend a weekend at my place for a series of unfortunate events
I had a new battery and inverter system installed thanks to the new rebate. Unfortunately the inverter system that came with it was a bit overspecced from what was quoted (a good thing!) and caused a bit of issues with the main wire and breakers on a weekend.
He promptly came out the same day on a weekend and installed a new main wire and fuse. Also let me borrow a generator and some fuel to charge the battery to keep going over the night and came back on Sunday to finish what Energex didnt end up doing.
Sigenergy battery, inverter and gateway install is good as it gets. They came on time and left the area clean. The after service care is excellent of course!
